The meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm June 14.

The first items discussed were the financial. The rough draft of the demand letters were handed out by Jessica. It was agreed that the letters would be delivered via certified mail along with the statements to the homeowners that still owe $100 or more. There was a question regarding an overpayment in the last year to Infinity Pools. The issue is still being investigated by Matt Byerly.

Office Updates: Each board member is asked to come by the office on Monday’s and Tuesday’s to approve invoices and sign checks for delivery.
Supplies – A weekly update notifying the board members of needed supplies will be emailed by Jessica.
The event calendar on the SPHOA website is operational. The board should update events with details for future reference.
The new security system has been installed and 8 cameras are currently operating. The system is able to record at least 48 hours for viewing.
The pool keys have been shut off for home owners that are currently past due on their annual dues.

Planning Committee: The board approved to move forward with having an additional door added to the pool and the clubhouse.

Social Committee: We need to update the National Night Out date on the event calendar. A group needs to be established to coordinate the National Night Out events.

Neighborhood news / updates: The pool hours will remain the same throughout the summer. A health department report was posted on the bulletin board. An anonymous call was made to the health department. The health inspector visited the pool on 2 different occasions and rated the pool neat and clean. The board decided to change the color of the drain cover to make it more visible.
Steve Ginn volunteered to contact the new owner of the property at the front entrance of the Shenandoah. This is to determine the status of the brick wall and the responsibilities of each part.

Code Violations:
1409 Dayton – report of auto repair business being operated out of garage. The complainant should be referred to the city code violations.
1517 Strausburg – Grass is not being maintained to appropriate standards. A code violation door tag will be left at the residence.
4015 Hunter Creek – A new homeowner had a question about building a shed to cover his boat in the back yard. A shed no larger than 10′ X 12′ will be allowed.

Other: The board decided to post video surveillance cameras around the pool area.
The sprinklers located around the Baron road sign are working correctly.
There is a SPHOA night at the Bombers game on July 1st. Tickets are $15 per person (includes kid zone, buffet, and fireworks after game).
There is a new SPHOA facebook page.
The A/C should be set accordingly for clubhouse rentals.
The board voted on and approved the clubhouse office hours to move to 30 hours per week until August 30 due to the increased usage of pool and clubhouse.
