October Minutes:
A motion was made by Jessica to accept the minutes as corrected, motion was seconded by George, motion carried.
Financial Report:

Bank Balance: | $11,877.35 |
Jessica thought that we should have a balance surplus of $5,000 – $7,000 by year end.
A motion was made by Rick to accept the financial report as presented, motion was seconded by Ben, motion carried.
Director of Operations Report:
Rick Leitch
Rick is working on new sign for front of Clubhouse. Jessica asked how much it would cost and Rick stated so far he was cleaning out excess materials from his garage but would need some varnish and paint a couple of posts and a few other materials that should be under $150.00 with the message board added.
The old pump and filter is leaking so it was turned off most of the time to save money. Rick was going to work on the slab for the storage shed but Ben said his neighbor did cement work very cheap so he will wait to get an estimate from Ben’s neighbor.
Committee Report:
Enforcement: Rick was very pleased with the code enforcement. Majority of people are complying and seem to be taking a little more pride in their properties…
Webpage: GKG will host and transfer domain name. Rick will get info from Nolan so they can transfer.
Social: The Community garage sale will be March 28, 2009.
Old Business:
The budget was discussed and approved at the October meeting.
New Business:
Rick found a shed that would work for the mower and lawn equipment but wanted to make sure there was enough money available to purchase. Jessica said there would be enough money. It was decided to order the shed.
Homeowner Concerns:
Mr. Swades Chaudhuri brought a written complaint regarding a deck at 1500 Hunter Creek. The matter was discussed and a motion was made by Jessica.
According to the bylaws & deed restrictions there is no enforceable covenant or restriction to disallow the deck at 1500 Hunter Creek. Seconded by Rick Motion passed.
With no further business, motion was made by Ben that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was seconded by George. Motion carried.
