Clubhouse Reservations
- Reservations must be made in person at the clubhouse office during posted hours.
- There is a $25 rental fee and $50.00 deposit (check or cash only) required and is on a first come, first serve basis.
- The deposit will be returned (or cash via SPHOA check) two weeks following the scheduled date of your event.
- The deposit will be refunded provided the conditions listed on the rental agreement are met in full.
